This is the second maintenance, with a mileage of 16,929 kilometers. Based on the maintenance shop I had selected in advance through the mobile app, I went directly to the Wuling after-sales service.
After arriving at the Wuling store, the after-sales reception staff came over to recheck the appearance of the vehicle. Then, they proceeded to the after-sales center to register the vehicle information and informed me of the details and costs of this maintenance. After obtaining the owner's confirmation, the mechanic took my car into the repair and maintenance workshop to start the maintenance.

2,Cleaning of the air conditioning filter:
Remove the air conditioning filter located under the center console in front of the passenger seat. This location is quite hidden. If it weren't for watching the mechanic remove it, I would have searched for a long time without finding it. Moreover, the removal posture is also quite challenging. This time, I did not request a replacement for the air conditioning filter. The mechanic took out the old filter and used an air gun to blow off the attached dust and dirt, and then it was reinstalled.
Using a hydraulic lift, raise the vehicle to a height of about 1.5 meters. First, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the rear axle, and then unscrew the fill plug at the middle of the rear axle. The used rear axle gear oil will automatically flow out of the vehicle. Pour the new rear axle gear oil into the high-pressure oiling pot. The Wuling Auto MiniEV electric car requires 1.2 liters of rear axle gear oil for each replacement, which is exactly one bottle. Pour it all into the oiling pot. After the used gear oil has been completely drained, screw the drain plug back into the drain port. Then, connect the outlet of the high-pressure oiling pot to the fill port of the rear axle, and with the other hand, pressurize the oiling pot to inject the new rear axle gear oil into the vehicle's rear axle through the pressure. Finally, screw the sealing plug back into place. In this way, the replacement of the rear axle gear oil is completed.
4,Maintenance of the braking system:
① Use a pneumatic wrench to remove all four tires and place them neatly in their corresponding positions to avoid mixing them up. Remove the brake discs of the two front wheels and carefully sand the surfaces of the brake discs with fine sandpaper to remove the powders and dirt attached to them. Remove the brake drum shells of the two rear wheels and use fine sandpaper to sand the brake pads inside the brake drums, cleaning the dirt and residues inside the brake drums.
② Open the prepared "Braking System Maintenance Kit," which includes: brake parts cleaner 1, brake caliper lubricant , brake hub lubricant and rust remover 1, and high-temperature noise-reducing lubricating grease 1. Apply these maintenance items to their corresponding positions. First, spray the two brake discs and two brake drums with the cleaner. Apply lubricating grease to the brake caliper guide pins and the brake hub lubricant and rust remover to the outside of the front wheel brake calipers. For the rear wheel hubs, simply clean them with the cleaner. Finally, reinstall the front wheel brake calipers and the rear wheel brake hubs in order.
After the maintenance of the braking system is completed, reinstall all four tires and use a professional tire pressure gauge to match the tire pressure of all four tires, ensuring that the pressure of all four tires is consistent. Also, inspect the appearance of the four tires to ensure that the tire pressure is at its best.
The mechanic connects a computer to the Wuling Auto MiniEV electric car 's OBD port to read the vehicle data. Based on the vehicle status information scanned by the computer, verify each item and confirm that all data is in a normal state after refreshing the system information multiple times.
Through the above five major maintenance steps, the routine maintenance is basically completed.
